RETURNS 

 Returns are ONLY accepted on merchandise that has been damaged during shipment.  Upon receipt, check the packaging for damage BEFORE accepting and opening.  If there is extensive damage to the packaging, refuse the shipment and notify us at support@jameskillion.com.  If the packaging damage is minor, document the damaged packaging prior to opening.  If, upon opening, you observe that your artwork has been damage,  document the damage and contact us immediately to arrange return shipment.  You MUST notify us within 5 days of receipt of any damage or your return will not be accepted.
